This sort of thing should be in the news for days and days on end. This sort wastefull spending is much worse than what Duffy claimed. Remember how long Duffy was in the 'news'? Why not keep this scandal in the news for months?

Unfortunately, this is the norm right across the board, if not name, logo or branding - on top heavy and expensive bureaucracy in developing plans and administration costs to “fight' poverty.
