Closing arguments in Johnny Depp's defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard were heard in court on Friday, after an explosive and dramatic six week trial in Virginia.
The jury began their deliberations shortly afterwards - set to resume on Tuesday - as the bitter $100million libel battle looks set to finally come to an end next week.Following the developments throughout the last week of court, a leading defamation lawyer has claimed Ms Heard could face jail time, if a police probe reveals she doctored evidence.
On Wednesday, digital forensic expert Bryan Neumeister - a witness for Mr Depp - questioned the authenticity of the images where the actress, 36, can be seen with bruises across her body. He went on to add that fabricating evidence is seen as "really serious" and "really offensive" to the justice system.
