JOHANNESBURG - The National Prosecuting Authority is adamant it will track and hold accountable all those who allegedly facilitated state capture.
Former Transnet Group CEO Siyabonga Gama is alleged to have worked with others to siphon money using Gupta-related companies Trillian and Regiments Capital.But Transnet Chair Popo Molefe says all those involved will answer for their crimes. "Law enforcement agencies are busy with other countries working on the issue of the Guptas," he said.He said it's now up to the NPA to secure convictions."If they put up a shoddy case they will use it. But investigations have proved there is evidence.
