The Snapper’s Tina Kellegher is married to crew member from Ballykissangel

Tina Kellegher is a familiar face to Irish people after rising to stardom following her critically acclaimed portrayal of Sharon Curley in The Snapper.It was on the set of the latter show where she went on to meet her husband.

When was Tina born and where is she originally from? Tina was born in 1967 and is originally from County Cavan. When she became a teenager, Tina joined a theatre group but previously told RSVP Live that if she hadn’t become an actress, she would have been a Garda. Tina won a British Comedy Award and a best actress award at the Valladolid International Film Festival for The Snapper.
