The much loved TV presenter will sign off from the Today Show this afternoon as the daytime programme takes a three month break for the summer.
In the meantime, Daithi has lots of plans to spend quality time with his family over the summer months. He said: "We have been there for 10 years and don’t be surprised if we are here for 10 more. We are ticking a lot of boxes and it is a regional studio.The former weatherman added that this series felt like the "band was back together again" after Sinead Kennedy returned from maternity leave following the birth of her baby girl Indie back in 2021.
