Another charge of sexual assault and the charge of causing the non-consensual sexual act are related to an August 2008 incident in London from a second accuser.CPS said the charges are the result of an investigation conducted by the Metropolitan police.reported that Spacey was interviewed by the Metropolitan Police in the U.S. regarding the U.K. investigation, which at that point focused on allegations from six different men about instances from 1996 to 2013.
