Madrigal shared her favorite top three benefits of chiropractic care in her Instagram page, May 18, posting a short video which shows her undergoing chiropractic treatment.“This is a common problem specially if you sit for many hours per day looking at the computer. A chiropractor may help ease your neck pain by realigning your spine and easing tension in your neck muscles,” she said.
Lastly, the treatment “helps with athletic performance,” because it leads to “increased joint mobility, reduced pain and less tissue restriction.”She then thanked her chiropractor for giving her the treatments recently. “I come for my weekly adjustment so I can have better sleep, less neck/shoulder pain and better joint mobility,” she said.
A health and fitness enthusiast, Madrigal joined a fitness competition, Hyrox America, in Austin, Texas where she came in 5th in her age group and finished third in the Miss Health & Fitness’ competition.
