one of my favorite mods, Conversational Analysis

Can we also be reminded that something as simple as speaking slower helps. I had to tell a few doctors, both in private/public practice, to speak slower. I m language fluent but I wonder how others scope. For heaven's sakes, we're sick when we come see u!
