A woman who is charged with a number of motoring offences has been told to appear in court on Monday or a warrant will be issued for her arrest.
Ms Carey is charged with driving without insurance or a driving licence at Weir View, Kilkenny, on October 21st last. She is also charged with the same offences at Glendine, Castlecomer Road on November 21st last. However, the solicitor said he had a difficulty in doing so and asked for the case to be adjourned for one week so he could inform Ms Carey that he would not be representing her.
