Salt Entertainment, the actor’s agency, said Kim Seon-ho will be starring in the play “Touching the Void.”The play is based on the 1988 book of the same name written by mountaineer Joe Simpson. It is about the experience of Simpson and Simon Yates on their descent from Siula Grande in the Peruvian Andes.In the Korean play, Kim Seon-ho will star as Simpson. “Touching the Void” will start on July 8 at the Daehak-ro Art One Theater in Seoul and will run until Sept. 18.
Last May 8, Kim Seon-ho, who starred in last year’s hit drama “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha,” wrote a letter to fans. “Sometimes, a month felt like a year while there were other times I couldn’t follow up with the time that has passed me by. That made me hard to manage my emotions. I believe you would have gone through the same because of me,” he said.
