Look Ahead: This week, see “Star Wars”-inspired art, talk about mental health at Labeled Fest, and laugh at four guys doing improv comedy.

A cosplayer in a stormtrooper get-up poses by a crochet version of an AT-AT walker at the Urban Arts Gallery's annual "Star Wars" art exhibition. This year's version launches with a reception on May 4, 2022, at the gallery, at 116 S. Rio Grande, Salt Lake City, in The Gateway shopping center.

Wednesday is International Star Wars Day , and the is opening of its annual art exhibition inspired by George Lucas’s space opera. This year’s theme is “Heroes and Villains,” and features fan art by local artists celebrating “Star Wars” and other franchises. The reception is Wednesday, 6 to 9 p.m., and features snacks , and a cosplay contest . The event is free; the exhibition continues through May 29.
