New 150-acre beach club, RV resort with live music venue opens near Galveston

has opened on Bolivar Peninsula, bringing resort-style vacationing to campers as well as a new entertainment venue.

While its soft opening began Feb. 25, the RV park will have its grand opening on Memorial Day weekend, with live entertainment May 27-29. There are laundry facilities and a dog park and dog washing station, but the real fun comes in its resort-style pool with swim-up bars and 60 cabanas and an entertainment venue, Paradise Park, that will host live concerts and events for 5,000.
