Marvel Comics' Stan Lee didn't want a large public funeral, so his family held a private ceremony, POW! Entertainment said. The company said it's working on 'a tribute befitting the greatest creator of our time and the father of modern pop culture.'

He earned what he desired while he was alive like no other; he didn’t needed to have a big funeral! RIP
