With Awards Season Coming, Diversity Is Still On Everyone's Minds

I suppose the quality of the content is last in this conversation...

What happened to honoring the best irrespective of race, creed, gender, etc.?

It will be just like every other year, the same names from the same companies adorning the spotlight, platitude laden keynotes will be given about diversity and inclusion, pompoms will be shaken and after it is all over, it will be back to business as usual.....

It's a wonderful thing when we can honor people who have put in the hard work for success from all different backgrounds!
