A Mercedes dealership he owned. Airplane sales he brokered to the state of Coahuila, which borders Texas from Laredo to Big Bend.

How long will it take for people to understand how to keep businesses from bad practices. When they do something illegal, they should not only forfeit whatever gain they derived from it but an equal amount as the penalty otherwise they just consider fines as a cost of business.
