Will Smith apologises to Chris Rock for Oscars slap as Academy Awards launches ‘formal investigation’

The 53-year-old called his behaviour at the Academy Awards "unacceptable and inexcusable" and said he was embarrassed by his actions.

No excuse for this behaviour. His wife doesn't need a man to stand up for her. He's so full of himself, he thinks it's ok to attack someone with the whole world watching. Pretty much ruined a beautiful evening for everybody.

Thought it was fake at first but with the swearing after it certainly wasn't. No one as media savvy as he is would use foul language in front of a world audience.
