Bridgerton is an American streaming television period drama series that was created by Chris Van Dusen and produced by Shonda Rhimes. It is based on Julia Quinn’s novels that is set in the competitive world of 1813 Regency London.
Bridgerton first debuted on Netflix in December 2020. With a viewership of 82 million households, it became the most-watched series on Netflix at the time of its premiere, and remains the second most-watched series by total watch time on the platform as well and has become number one in 76 countries.
And now it has been announced that a season 2 will begin tonight, 25 March 2022 that involves Lady Whistledown’s infamous gossip pamphlets.
