The footage, published by German broadcaster ZDF's Frontal programme from a Ukrainian surveillance drone, showed Russian tanks positioned a few metres from a gas station in the early afternoon on March 7.
The drone operator, who has not been named for security reasons, told ZDF he was"observing Russian tank positions" as part of a volunteer operation."The driver got out of the car, raised his hand and was shot by Russian soldiers."Extended footage then reportedly showed the man's body being dragged into a ditch.
