The 27th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards took place in Los Angeles at the weekend and we saw some impressive wins from Kenneth Branagh’s Belfast.
The film, which stars Jamie Dornan and Caitriona Balfe picked up the award for best acting ensemble, as well as best original screenplay, which went to Kenneth Branagh. Another great win went to Irish actor Jude Hill, who won best young actor for his role in Belfast. How exciting! It seems the film is a hit with all of the critics with it even being nominated for an incredible seven Oscars.
