I know people that first see these think they're weird and probably some kind of fetish thing...but that's not it at all. I have trouble sleeping, and sometimes these just relax me enough to fall asleep. Not ALL of them, only certain ones. Others are grating.

I seriously find them painful...maybe that is because I have noise sensitivity? I saw an episode about them on a Buzzfeed Documentary. And even though it is supposed to be 'calming', it made me feel really edgy and irritated, lol!
