Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young have reunited to take on Spotify.

The legendary folk rockers were the latest act to request that their music be removed from Spotify in protest of dubious COVID-19 claims on Joe Rogan’s podcast, the band said Wednesday. David Crosby and Steven Stills said they stood in solidarity with former bandmates Neil Young and Graham Nash, who recently asked for their music to be made unavailable to the platform’s 172 million subscribers.

“We support Neil and we agree with him that there is dangerous disinformation being aired on Spotify’s Joe Rogan podcast,” members of the broken-up band“While we always value alternate points of view, knowingly spreading disinformation during this global pandemic has deadly consequences. Until real action is taken to show that a concern for humanity must be balanced with commerce, we don’t want our music — or the music we made together — to be on the same platform.
