Gogglebox star Amy Tapper shows off weight loss after losing 33cm around waist

Gogglebox star Amy Tapper looked thrilled as she showed off her impressive weight loss recently on Instagram.

The Channel 4 star told how she'd partnered with company Muscle Food for their Goal Getters challenge, and has been following one of their personalised meal plans over the last five weeks. "I couldn’t think of a better way to kick start my year than the help of @musclefooduk - physically I am ready to take on the rest of the year with more ease and mentally I just want to keep going and going and never felt so motivated!"

Amy beamed as she posed for snaps in a pair of black leggings and a white vest, with one set showing her standing to the side, while in another she stood facing the camera.
