It will take 100 artists at the level of jonimitchell and Neilyoung to leave Spotify for them to dare approach joerogan and his content. I’m sure a non sensorship deal was struck during the JRE exclusive content negotiations.
Is it a voice of freedom to demand that Joe Rogan’s voice be silenced? That is far easier than to counter his position in a strong opposing message. Of course, some argue that a demand to silence the voice of another is, in itself, also a form of free speech. Is that a conundrum?
This article missing one main point - freedom of speech. Censuring free speech is not what our country was built on - REGARDLESS of the quality of the speech. Trying to black mail a company to do it doesn’t exactly make you look like a winner.
