Ryan Roche
is opening a store in Manhattan and even over Zoom it’s evident that she’s buzzing with excitement. “There’s something about Rockefeller Center, it’s such an iconic New York destination,” said the designer, who grew up in Idaho and who has long lived in upstate New York. Roche will invite different artists and brands to be a part of the store. Her inaugural curation features the artwork of Jimmy Sheehan and bags by Mark Cross. The store design was a family affair , and the stocking of it is too. “Community is everything!” she enthused. The big wall facing outward will be given over to a new artist every two months, starting with the painter
