NEW YORK — Neil Young’s music will be removed from Spotify at his request, following the veteran rock star’s protest over the streaming service airing a popular podcast that featured a figure criticized for spreading COVID misinformation.
I am proud of Spotify for supporting Joe Rogan. Freedom of speech. Since when did conversations/discussion become misinformation. It is si ridiculous now. Actually sad.

Yes, Spotify screwed up. The best thing they could have did was remove both. One was requesting removal. One was deserving removal. Unfortunately more artists and fans will voluntarily remove themselves. And remove Spotify from their devices. There are other options.

I am going to be playing Joe Rogan 24/7 on Spotify for the foreseeable future and I suggest anyone that stands with him to do the same! If you're busy doing something else just turn the volume down, but keep it playing, EVERY EPISODE!
