When you say ‘Latinx’ I presume you mean ‘Latin’, or ‘Hispanic’, words that already exists and which are actually possible for both Anglo and Hispanic people to pronounce. Also, if you spoke any Latin language you’d know that every word is ‘gendered’ and it’s not a problem.
