But it is at least clear that Elgort’s professional life does not appear to have been harmed.
Elgort better hope, however, that no one posts the moment to the internet. There’s not nearly as much applause there.
Talk about making an elaphant out of a fly. Movie was badly marketed and it came out in a pandemic era 1 week before the biggest movie of the year, and no one wanted this movie in the first place. Even 'In the heights' bombed this year. Dont blame poor BO on Ansel.

Why did Variety wait to run this story AFTER WestSideStory bombed on its opening weekend? That makes you as complicit and hypocritical as those other outlets, who never questioned Ansel Elgort about the disturbing allegations during the press tour before the movie opened.
