Your a a beautiful woman, Louise. I think Jamie has hastily married to get over you ( which does'nt work ) Who know's you both could get back together ❤ Stranger things have happened. You both loved each other very much and you have something that the other woman does'nt.

I think she ahould stop beating herself up. Jamie obviously didnt appreciate her, given the speed with which he has started a new marriage and family. Find someone who will love u for yourself, and be happy for u to continue your career instead of just their children's mother.
