Singer Zayn Malik has pleaded no contest to charges that he harassed his girlfriend, model Gigi Hadid, and her mother, reality TV star Yolanda Hadid, outside the family's Pennsylvania home.
He was also ordered to complete an anger management class and domestic violence program. Malik's probation could be lifted if he goes six months without any violations. The musician reportedly told his girlfriend to"strap on some f-----g balls and defend your partner against your f-----g mother in my house," according to charging documents filed in Bucks County.
Malik has denied the claims that he struck Yolanda but said he"agreed to not contest claims arising from an argument I had with a family member of my partner's who entered our home while my partner was away several weeks ago."that the"private matter" was leaked to the media, saying he agreed to the plea in order to create"a place where private family matter aren't thrown on the world stage for all to poke and pick apart.
