Ryan Reynolds lives in the US and has waited out the pandemic there. He wouldn’t have a Canadian COVID Alert app so the claim that to have it would make one just like him is ridiculous.
GovCanHealth should just make it mandatory for use then. I deleted it because only 5% of people who tested positive were using it. It was a useless waste of tax payer dollars.
