The crystal-embellished mini dress and matching hoodie Rihanna wore was completely in line with the sexy and streetwise look she and stylist Jahleel Weaver have cultivated, while still reflecting Lee’s pared-down aesthetic. Sure, the dress was covered in sparkle, but its clean lines, halter cut, and saturated chartreuse were undeniable Lee signatures.
She’s far from the only star to request a one-of-a-kind Bottega piece. In August, Tracee Ellis Ross took to Instagram to praise Lee for the “feathered fit” of her marabou jumpsuit, a version of which made its way into the brand’s pre-fall 2021 lookbook.
