JAMES MARTIN paid a moving tribute to his former colleague and celebrity chef Michel Roux Sr during his ITV cooking show, James Martin's Saturday Morning.

The presenter also answered some of his viewer’s cooking questions. However, as he was demonstrating how to make the perfect scrambled eggs for one caller, James took a moment to pay a tribute to his former colleague, Michel Roux Sr, who taught him how to make the dish.
