shouldn't LGBTQ be 3.8% of all characters? assuming of course proper percentage representation is the goal? Now they are over represented . . . way over represented. I DEMAND equality!

AND... latinos and asians NEVER get casted for tv & movies BETTER: latinos are 18% of USA pop, but almost NEVER ( 2%) get cast in movies, tv. same goes for asians(6%) and native amer(1%) NOTE: blacks make up 12.5% USA pop, but take up 25-40% of casting
but they only are 4% of the USA population so 'are you over-representing..?
'Representation'? They are less than 2% of the population. I guess you mean 'over representation.'

This would be an over-representation even by california demographic. At what point is it fair to admit when a “minority” is advantaged? Some will always still say “LBGTQ are significantly more likely to be great entertainers” and are still under-represented
