I support Fed Govt to reduce number of children per mum. To quality people against waste generation people.

This is a very sexist and retrogressive policy. Why should the bulk of birth control rest only with women? Why can't men be made to put a cap on their procreating abilities, this is utter rubbish.

My Mom had 10, perhaps if this decision was taken back in time,then you could have at least hindered me the opportunity of having such great siblings

It should be Per Family. If the government says 3 Children per woman, a man can marry 5 wives and have 15 Children.

This is an insensitive, deliberate and religious policy meant to score political rather than economic/health goals. Muslims can marry four or more wives; why not use men if you want to be fair? Why not sensitise society on the benefits of monogamy?
