Here's how a 21-year-old built the popular Instagram account 'Wall Street Confessions' to shine a light on life in finance:

At the heart of Sharma’s mission is her own experience, having been the victim of sexual assault when she was just 17 years old.

“We’ve been getting resumes for our summer interns, and one kid put on his that he was an ‘early investor in GameStop.’ Our recruiter isn’t screening hard enough,” reads one such post. “The whole point is to not only start conversations, but to make people feel less alone,” Sharma says. “ There's a shift as the page grows and evolves, and as I'm progressing. I'm very fortunate that initially women were brave in sharing their own stories.”
