Communism. The EU just regulates. I'm a consumer in a democratic country that is part of EU and I'd like to choose what to watch. Can't blame UK they have left EU. Only Brussel seems to be democratic. They do what they want. Let the people of EU countries choose what to watch.
A very good decision! I hope the EU will boldly move further & actually legislates for how many hours per week each EU TV station broadcasts fascinating newscasts from Luxembourg, folk music shows from Austria, comedy from the Netherlands & captivating Lithuanian adventure movies

I was and still am against Brexit, but I'm having a very hard time looking at the EU now as anything but a petty and vindictive organisation. Boris hasn't helped in the slightest, but it looks like we now have a target on our backs as far as the EU are concerned.

Not much to see here. UK productions count as European - until such time as that definition is reviewed and changed (possibly) in 3 years time. Meanwhile the Tories intend to disestablish CH4 within 12 months. Frankly, the UK government is a threat to its our cultural diversity.
