From Isibaya to The Estate – actor Sdumo Mtshali on his love for storytelling | Drum

He got hooked on acting when he was still a child, and he blames his father for it.

Durban-born Sdumo chats to Drum about this love for performing, intentionally keeping his private life out of the public eye, and his next project. "That stuck with me and I never forgot it. I think it is part of the reason I want to be telling our stories through film at a Hollywood level. I do not want to go to Hollywood, I just want their calibre of filmmaking,” he says.
