Australian Primary School Association President Malcolm Elliot says schools are facing a “big challenge” as problems continue with the mistreatment of teachers and principals at the hands of angry parents.

“We had hope that the longitudinal study – the one that comes out every year, the occupational health and safety study into principal health and wellbeing – would show that there is some upside

to this big challenge,” he told Sky News host Chris Kenny. “But unfortunately the data said otherwise. “Everybody’s working very hard on this issue, but nevertheless these problems still continue.”
