“Amid the unprecedented circumstances surrounding the pandemic, having the ability to promote over 100 colleagues is a testament to the perseverance of our UTA family and the continued evolution and expansion of our company,” UTA co-president David Kramer said in a statement.
The elevations also mark the biggest promotions class ever in the agency’s 30-year history. In October 2020, UTA promoted 35 employees across multiple divisions to agent, executive and associate levels, as well as coordinator.As part of the latest promotions, close to 60 percent of those getting new job titles identify as women and over 35 percent identify as people of color.
