The tandem of Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu, who were also a real-life couple for a time, would become one of the most successful screen pairings in local showbiz.
Anderson and Chiu co-starred in four TV series within the first four years after their “PBB” exit, and then reunited for another teleserye in 2017. They also appeared together in six movies. “Kaya siguro parang ‘yung feeling nila, connected sila sa amin, dahil they saw the real us doon sa loob na bahay.”
“Mabilis manawa ang tao,” he said. “You can have 15 minutes of fame, pero ‘yung trabaho talaga, focusing on your craft, and being a professional come after.”

In fairness, minsan din akong kinilig sa tambalan nila lalo na nung PBB days nila. Di ko na kasi na sundan after nila lumabas dahil pumasok narin ako sa kolehiyo that hanggang sa nag lie low or nawala na yung kilig ko sa tambalan nila. 😂
