Morrissey appears to have taken offence at The Simpsons after being sent up in the animation's latest episode.
"Even worse - calling the Morrissey character out for being a racist, without pointing out any specific instances, offers nothing. It only serves to insult the artist."Morrissey's Facebook page had previously promoted the show with this image Called Quilloughby, the character was said to be the lead singer of a band called The Snuffs - a stand-in for The Smiths. The episode also featured music by Flight Of The Conchords and The Muppets' songwriter, Bret McKenzie; and included parodies of The Smiths song titles, such as How Late Is Then, Hamburger Is Homicide, and Everyone Is Horrid Except Me .
But he is racist, that is not up for debate. I've never known anyone more up their own arse and so blind to their own faults. I mean, who demands that their autobiography is published on Penguin classics
Well as they say the ‘TRUTH’ hurts......
I'm sure his complaining about this will stop The Simpsons making fun of him.
Ahhhh, muffin
How Late Is Then, Hamburger Is Homicide, and Everyone Is Horrid Except Me (And Possibly You). That is hilarious!
guess who's miserable now!!
God people are so sensitive now. It's a cartoon it isn't meant to be an accurate depiction of real life. It's not saying Morrisey is how they depicted him it's for the purpose of comedy, in a world of its own, separate from the real world.
Tell him to get a life pffft 👎
