Well I can’t say she isn’t wrong. I know some good comes from it but the disassociation from looking people in the eye when you talk to them has seemed to bring out the worst in a lot of people.

Adore Katy Perry. Lots of women encounter an Orlando Bloom in their lives and manage to emerge in one piece. Now that I have gotten in her personal business... something I don't ordinarily do w/celebrities... social media good for the world but Instagram is good for narcicists.
I think what she meant to say is that ppl are too consumed by it, and not finding balance. Which I agree.

Can't blame Katy, Social Media is a brainwashing platforms for morons as in if 'I just had the best Pizza ever' like do we really care. Like we all day to be phone slaves. Or OMG I broke a nail but found the best Vietnamese nail shop. Ok, like way too much info.
It has its plusses and minuses.. stars use it to tell us what they are cooking, eating, sleeping with, vacationing, kids and love the adulation.. eg. Some could not stay away long.. she left a few weeks ago and now is back ! So how you use it.. is the difference. A thin red line.

I am recently engaged with social media! Due to health problems I choose not to get involved because of constantly having procedures! Once I left facility, I thought I would use it for medical appointments and communicating with friends! Man, I learned immediatly about hate! Stop

There have been a lot of studies done that say that social media is terrible. It's created a generation of sociopaths & apparently every 'like, follow, & friend request' equates to some value & meaning in their lives.
