Natalie Barr has been confirmed as Samantha Armytage’s replacement on Seven’s top-rating breakfast shownewsreader and a fill-in co-host for the past 18 years. She will start her new role alongside long serving co-host David Koch on Monday.executive producer, Michael Pell, confirmed the announcement in the early hours of Sunday morning.
“While I’ve absolutely loved my role as newsreader, I’ve now been given the chance to move half a metre along the desk closer to Kochie and give something new a try,” Barr said in a statement. “I like to think of it as same-same but different.
