Meghan Markle's estranged father has unleashed on his daughter and Prince Harry over their explosive interview with talk show host Oprah Winfrey. Speaking to Good Morning Britain, Thomas Markle blasted Meghan's claims of racism in the Royal family. He says if questions were asked about the colour of Archie's skin they came from a place of stupidity not racism.
“I have great respect for the royals. I don’t think the British royal family are racist at all. I don’t think the British are racist,” he said. Mr Markle went on to criticise the timing of the interview and the stress it could cause the Royals. “They went way over the top with these stories with Oprah and should have waited considering the Queen’s age and Philip’s age”.
