Piers is simply asking questions and not putting up with the usual bullshit “disingenuous” answers that Health Sec Matt Hancock is spewing. Accountability and integrity used to mean something. Just because Mr Hancock folds like a cheap suit under questioning you call it bullying.
Never was a fan of his but time and time again this government's ministers fail to answer questions, led by the front by Johnson at PMQs. I can understand interviewer's frustrations. Why shouldn't they be interrupted when they go off on tangents unrelated to the question?
