‘We had a lovely giggle. We needed that.’

However, it all could have been different had they not switched on Chris and his wife Rosie’s podcast about relationships during a particularly tense drive.

Speaking to Rosie on the hit podcast, Laura, 35, explained that she had to drive back to Ireland fromLaura said: ‘It’s eight hours to Holyhead and then there’s a boat to Dublin and then three and a half hours to where my mum is.‘So me and Iain were doing that drive and by the end of the drive, we thought, “I want to kill you, get out of the car”.’But it turns out all they needed was a switch-up in their in-car entertainment.

She continued: ‘We were listening to a lot of murder podcasts, so I said, “Let’s just throw on a little bit of Rosie and Chris – Sh**ged, Married Annoyed” and you saved our relationship so I want to thank you right now.Fast forward a year, and Laura and Iain, 32, are Mr and Mrs after tying the knot in an intimate ceremony at Dublin’s City Hall.

Sharing a picture from their wedding day, for which she wore a striking white suit, Laura explained on Instagram: ‘A year ago Iain asked me to marry him and we had the most magical, perfect ceremony. We loved having it to ourselves. We had been planning the perfect celebration and I will forever be so thankful that’s what we got.’The couple, who met in 2016 at an ITV party, are
