Executive Turntable: Downtown Ups Tracy Maddux to CCO; AIM Adds 5 Women to Board

has been appointed to be Downtown’s Chief Commercial Officer after previously serving as the CEO of CD Baby under AVL Digital, which was acquired by Downtown in 2019. In the new role, Maddux will report toand lead the company’s distribution, monetization, and promotional brands. These brands include CD Baby, FUGA, AdRev, and DashGo.will be taking over as President of CD Baby following Maddux’s promotion.

“Even in the midst of a global pandemic, we’ve continued to hire at a steady clip in 2020 to support our growth. I’m regularly impressed with the amazing talent we are able to bring into the Downtown organization from both within the music industry and beyond,” said Downtown CEO Kalifowitz in response to the company’s new appointments.
