IATSE announces changes to improve diversity in Hollywood film and TV crewsThe union representing film and television crew members announced initiatives to improve diversity in its ranks. I don't know the person in this picture. But if he runs this union, I gotta ask, why are all the union bosses old, fat white guys? Hollywood, public schools, law enforcement, the union boss always get's pinched and it's always fat old white guys. Is it a Jimmy Hoffa thing? FrasierSein What happened to talent?
