I watched the series. Is it Shakespeare? No. It is a nice story of a resourceful young woman having an adventure in a foreign country. It is light entertainment & there is nothing wrong with that.
It’s really a nice form of escape because here in America everything is TOO REAL with the pandemic, racial tensions, elections, but I hope maybe in season 2 it will be a little more grounded but if it’s not I have no complaints.
Well I guess we know he’s not coming back for season 2
