is delaying its November 2020 release to spring 2021 amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Daniel Craig stopped by"This thing is just bigger than all of us," Craig told Fallon of the film being delayed due to the virus. "We want to release the movie at the same time all around the world and this isn't the right time. So fingers cross April 2 is going to be our date."

The upcoming film will mark Craig's final run as 007. Though at first needing a break from the franchise, Craig expressed how happy he is that he returned for what would be his final film."I'm so glad I came back and did this last one," he told Fallon."The story, it just didn't feel complete and I needed a break. Once I had and we started talking about storylines and things we could do I was like, 'I'm in.

He explained that he celebrated by himself as he waited for the news to be announced."I was in Whole Foods supermarket...I bought myself a bottle of vodka and a glass." Despite being unable to publicly discuss scoring the role, Craig admitted he told his mother, who was later questioned by the press."I told my mother and she then got done by the press because she's very tight lipped," he said.

At this point tho there may not be movie theaters to release it in

Killed the cinema . Daniel Craig is known to be greedy and never wanted to do the film in the first place. Said rather slit is own wrists then play Bond again

Nope, you just want to drain more dollars.

We can now safely wait until all movie theatre are bankrupt to release our film so that no one may watch it except at home on demand, Craig said gleefully. Who needs theaters anymore anyway?

In my opinion that's better then releasing it in different regions every month. Spoilers exist

It was wise decision indeed...unlike the unnecessary untimely release of Tenet
